Soaltee Westend Resort Nagarkot

The staffs were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the resort is absolutely perfect & we enjoyed the Sunset Point very much. What truly stood out was the special treatment we received during the EID festival.The resort went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by preparing special food just for us, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service, a prime location and memorable experiences.

The hotel is beautifully situated at the top of a mountain, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are kind and efficient, with special thanks to Ramita at customer service, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. However, be prepared for a challenging drive—the road leading to the hotel is extremely bumpy and winding, with numerous potholes. The asphalt is in very poor condition, possibly the worst I've encountered.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a lovely experience at Soltee Westend Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to relax. The service was excellent — every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere of the resort is calm and refreshing, making it the perfect escape from the busier parts of the city. Everything was well taken care of, and we left feeling relaxed and grateful for such a wonderful stay. I would happily recommend Soltee Westend Resort to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming environment.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff was unsurpassable and nothing we ever experienced in similar 5 star hotels in Europe. Soaltee combines Western style comfort with an exquisite international cuisine and goes one step further in accomodating its guests with a genuine warm heartedness of staff on all levels. From the time we arrived, Mr. Vajracharya from reception made us feel like VIP guests, making sure we would be provided with the best service. Supervisor Dinesh from the restaurant and all the other waiters and staff there were treating us like royals as we enjoyed delicious fruit, cheese and sweets with some really good wine at the bar in the evening. We also recommend trying the spa - those ladies know how to give a proper relaxing massage!  We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Nepal and will miss all the lovely and hard working people from this hotel.

Wow wow wow - highly recommended!!! Must visit!!! I went with my daughter to rest for the weakened. The place is amazing , views are stunning, i think the best you can get in Nagarkot BUT the staff and the service we got was not less than EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! We’ll definitely come back , if you are planning a vacation in Nagarkot, in high standards, don’t think twice ! This is the place , super recommended and the most valuable for money.
